Survive the Quarantine
Rotten Apple drops your squad into a quarantined slice of New York City after a distress call goes out from an area few people return from. The story mode plays out over roughly thirty to forty minutes, walking your team through the isolated blocks as the situation gets worse and the threats get closer. This is a mature, hard-edged take on the free roam shooter. Tense pacing, real stakes, and nothing softened for younger players.
Once you have run the story, Waveshooter mode strips the narrative away and leaves pure survival: escalating waves of undead with no end point except how long your team can hold together. Rotten Apple earns its 18+ rating honestly, and it is the go-to pick at GravityX for adult groups, bachelor parties and horror fans who want their shooter with real teeth.
