Book the building
before it opens
GravityX Escape Velocity is our corporate block: 2 hours of arena-versus-arena VR, VR escape-room brackets and open arcade, run in the weekday hours when the doors are closed to everyone else.

Hours the public cannot book
We do not open to walk-in guests until 5:00 PM. Everything before that is held for booked groups, which means an offsite here is not a corner of a busy arcade. It is the arcade.

Booked groups are why we are open in these hours at all. Pick a window, and the schedule belongs to your team for the whole block.
Three rounds, in order
The 2-hour block runs as a sequence, not a set of stations. Our staff drive it, so whoever organised the offsite gets to actually attend it.
- 1Round One
Briefing & Squads
Our staff fit headsets, run the safety brief, and split your group into arena squads of 6. Nobody has to know anything about VR beforehand; that is the point.
- 2Round Two
Versus: NanoClash Focus
Two 20x20 ft arenas link into one battlefield. Your teams take a room each and fight across the wall, 12 players live at once. It is the loudest thing in the building.
- 3Round Three
Escape Brackets
Versus ends and the arenas reset to collaborative VR escape rooms, 6 per room, both running. Same squads, opposite problem: now they have to agree instead of win.
Two rooms, one fight

NanoClash Focus is the one title that links both arenas into a single live match. Your teams take a room each and fight across the wall, not two copies of a game running side by side, one contest split across two physical spaces.
A Versus match consumes both arenas while it runs, so a VR escape room cannot run at the same time. The VR portion of your block is a sequence of modes, not parallel stations. We would rather you read that here than discover it on the day.

NanoClash Focus
Capture and hold powerups to swing momentum toward your side. Because the arenas are linked in real time, positioning and communication matter as much as aim, which is the part your team will still be arguing about in the car park. See the game
Nobody stands in a queue
12 people are in headsets. The other twenty-eight are not waiting. The arcade, QBIX and simulators run for the whole block, and that is what makes a 40-person group work here.

Arcade
Head-to-head cabinets that need no explanation and no queue. Between rotations this is where the group re-forms, and where the trash talk from the last Versus round gets settled.

QBIX
A projection cube built for groups standing shoulder to shoulder. It absorbs a dozen people at a time and takes about ten seconds to teach, which is exactly what a rotation gap needs.

Simulators
Motion rides for the people who would rather sit down for ten minutes than shout across an arena. Every offsite has a few, and they are having a better time than they look.
What it costs
Flat buyout
A separately set price for the whole venue, up to the 40-guest cap. It is its own number, not the per-head rate multiplied out.
Food add-on
Eight large pizzas, a spread of sodas, plates, napkins, cups and cleanup. Dietary substitutions with 72hours' notice.
Before you ask internally
We hold the building for booked groups Monday 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Until 5:00 PM on a weekday the doors do not open to walk-in guests, so a daytime block means your team has the building. No public traffic, no waiting behind a birthday party. Outside those windows the floor is open play; team-building blocks run in the reservations-only windows.
No. Saturday is our busiest public day and we do not run team-building blocks on it. Team building is Monday to Friday only. If a weekend date is the only thing that works, call 770-407-8782 and we will talk through what is possible.
In rotations, and honestly: NanoClash Focus links both arenas into a single match, so while a Versus round is live both arenas are consumed and no VR escape room can run alongside it. The VR portion is a sequence, not parallel stations. What makes it work at 40 guests is that the arcade, QBIX and simulators run continuously the entire time; everyone waiting for a headset is already playing something. Nobody sits in a chair holding a wristband.
$32 per person, Monday to Friday, every team-building block here runs inside the daytime reservations-only windows, so the Friday evening premium on our full-venue buyout doesn't apply to this block. There is a $640 minimum, which is 20 guests at the standard rate, and a hard ceiling of 40 guests. If you would rather buy the room outright, the flat buyout is $1,499 ($1,799 on Friday), an independently set price point, not 40 times the per-head rate.
A minimum of 72 hours' notice; we cannot take a booking inside three days of the date. A 25% deposit holds the date; the balance is due on the day. In practice, give us two to three weeks if you want a specific window, because the reservations-only hours are the ones every group wants.
Yes. The food add-on is $200 and covers 8 large pizzas (64 slices, up to two toppings each) plus a spread of sodas, with plates, napkins, cups and cleanup included. Extra pizzas are $13 each. Food comes from a local partner, and dietary substitutions need 72 hours' notice, same as the booking.
Yes. Every participant signs a waiver before entering an arena, including employees and executives. We can send the link ahead of the date so your team arrives already signed and you are not running a clipboard around the lobby.
No. Give us your best estimate in the request below and we will quote against it. Final headcount is confirmed 72 hours out, and the $640 minimum is the floor either way, so a group that shrinks from 24 to 19 still bills at the minimum, not below it.
