The same private block, every door

Corporate offsites, field trips and camp trips run one daytime model, a private block for 20–40 guests, booked 72 hours ahead, at $32 a head every reservations-only day, Friday included. Full venue buyouts share that guest range and notice window but carry their own Friday evening premium. Birthday parties are the exception, smaller groups, their own price, seven days a week.

Before you pick a door

Private group blocks, corporate offsites, field trips, camp trips and full venue buyouts, run 20 to 40 guests. 20 guests is where the $640 minimum lands at the standard rate, and 40 is the hard cap on any single block. Birthday parties are a smaller, separate format. See that page for its own guest counts.

A minimum of 72 hours' notice on any group booking; we can't take a reservation inside three days of the date. A 25% deposit holds your date, with the balance due on the day. In practice, two to three weeks out gives you first pick of the reservations-only windows.

No. Saturday is our busiest public day, and corporate offsites, field trips, summer camp trips and full venue buyouts do not run on it; those blocks run Monday to Friday only, inside the reservations-only windows. Birthday parties are the one exception on this site: they run seven days a week, Saturdays included, at their own weekend rate.
